Friday Access: From midday onwards, arrival before 9pm at night.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
There's plently on at Dubs In't Dales and it really is the perfect family weekend campout! Expect live music, VW's, family fun and entertainment, great food and drink. We will also have some great traders at the event and we've got lots of activities planned! Stay tuned for more information.

TICKETS
Once purchased, tickets are emailed directly to your email address. If you have not received your tickets or cannot find them please head over to our contact page.
WHAT CAN I CAMP IN?
Everyone is welcome, including vans, caravans, tents and motor homes. Small awnings are welcome too, but please be conscious of space.
WHAT'S MY PITCH LIKE?
It’s a festival field, you will not be given a size of a pitch, just pick a spot and pitch up. Please be conscious of how much room you take up and please leave access roads clear and respect taped off areas.
PARKING
As always there will be free on-site parking for non campers next to your pitch and a designated area for day visitors to park, a disabled parking area will also be available.
WHAT FOOD WILL BE THERE?
We’ll have a fantastic range of street food available throughout the festival.
I DON'T HAVE A VW, CAN I STILL COME TO THE SHOW?
Yes, anyone is welcome, as long as you have an interest in VWs and love camping.
IS THE SHOW & SHINE OPEN TO ALL VDUBS, OR IS IT JUST AIRCOOLED?
All VWs, old and new, aircooled or watercooled are most welcome.
CAN I BRING MY OWN DRINK INTO THE MAIN ARENA?
Weekend ticket holders: We are allowing one can per person inside the main arena. Each person has to carry their own drink.
Day visitors: You can not bring your own drink. Strictly, no underage drinking.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome, as long as they are kept on leads where appropriate and cleaned up after! We even have a dog show!
SITE RULES
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No refund policy on all ticket types no exceptions, in the event that we need to cancel the event all tickets will be transferred to a new date.
ARE WE ALLOWED FIRES AND BBQ’S?
No open fires, fire pits are allowed but please make sure it is contained and under control at all times. Strictly no disposable BBQs as they are such a fire hazard and damage the grass. Strictly no BBQ's or fires within the main arena.
MUSIC
Please be respectful of other campers, no noise after midnight at your campsite and 10pm in the family area. Live music will finish at 11pm in the main marquee followed by our silent disco.
SECURITY
The site is under 24 hour security and CCTV will be in operation throughout the event.
NO GLASS EVENT
Please note this is a glass-free event, please avoid buying glass where possible and do not bring it into the festival.
