    2018 Ticket Info:

  • Adults are classed as anyone over 18.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Children under 3 can come for free and do not require a ticket.
  • Dogs are welcome and do not require tickets!
  • A family ticket includes 2 adults and 2 children. Additional tickets can be booked alongside family tickets if required.
  • Day tickets are not available to pre-book, but can be purchased on the gate.
  • Camping tickets will only be available to purchase on the gate if there is availability; we have sold out in advance for the past two years, so pre-booking is strongly advised.
  • We have three camping areas, Family Camping, Festi Camping and Club Camping. Family Camping is intended to cater for anyone who prefers a quieter camping experience. We will endeavor to keep this area reasonably quiet after 10pm and discourage loud music, so that sleeping children or sleepy adults are not disturbed, although we cannot guarantee that some noise will not travel from other areas. The Festi Field, sometimes referred to as Night Owl Camping is for all those of you who like to keep the party going a little longer. Although we don't mind how late you want to stay up to in this field, we do ask that you are still considerate of your neighbours, and we will not tolerate any anti-social behavior. Our Club Camping field is for VW Clubs or larger groups that wish to camp together. If we know numbers in advance, we will reserve spaces for your club or group in this field so that you can camp together.

  • How to buy your Dubs in't Dales tickets:

  • Note to our regulars, We Scan Tickets have updated the ticket purchasing website this year, so please check instructions to avoid confusion as there are a few changes)

  • 1. Select the correct number of camping tickets in the category of Adult, Child or Family. Family tickets include 2 adults and 2 children – if you need additional child tickets. If your family is larger than this, then please add additional single tickets as required. Under 3's are free and don't require a ticket. Child tickets are for 3-17 year olds. Child ticket holders must be accompanied by a paying adult.

  • 2. Select your vehicle pass Each camping unit requires a vehicle pass. This allows us to monitor the number of vehicles that will be on site and ensure that there will be adequate space and safe access for everyone. If you are coming in a single campervan, small motorhome or a car with a regular tent, you will need the first vehicle pass at £10. This pass also allows for an awning if required. If you are bringing a car or campervan with a miniature caravan such as a puck or teardrop then this would also be covered. If you are bringing a standard caravan towed by a standard sized vehicle (e.g. car, campervan, small motorhome), then you would need the £15 vehicle pass. This applies to standard sized caravans with a single axle, for larger caravans see next bullet point. If you are bringing a large caravan (double axle or Tourer) then you will need to purchase the £20 vehicle pass. This pass also applies to extra large Motorhome/ converted van class A and RVs.

  • 3. Proceed to checkout, where you will be asked to specify your preferred camping field (Familiy, Festi or Club) Family Field is for those with children (or without) who don't want to be disturbed by the late night festivities. Please feel free to camp in this field even if you don't have children, provided you are happy to keep the noise down to a low level after 10pm. Please note, this year we cannot allow night time running of generators in this field. Please also note that there is necessarily a slightly longer walk from this area to the main show area, so if you have a mobility issue then please contact us in advance to discuss the most suitable camping location. Festi Field is for the night owls among you – if you plan on staying out late and chatting around the campfire, then this is probably the best field for you. You will also be closest to all the night time entertainment. Although this is our most noise friendly field, we still ask you to be respectful of your neighbours and keep the noise to a reasonable level after midnight. Club camping – this field is for the VW Clubs wishing to camp together. Once we have firm numbers we will reserve you a space in this field so that you can all camp together. If you are not a specific VW Club, but would like to have a reserved camping space for a group then please agree a name among yourselves before booking so that you can enter it at checkout. If you are a club with 5 or more vehicles then if a club organizer could contact us before booking, we may be able to offer a club discount. Take care to enter your details carefully – if your email address is incorrect, this will cause a delay in receiving your e-tickets.

  • 4. Complete payment You should see a confirmation message on screen – if you are able to, it is worth screen shotting, photographing or printing this for your records.

  • 5. Receive email confirmation with your e-ticket Your e-ticket will be automatically emailed to you within a few minutes of purchasing your tickets. Please check your junk mail if you do not see it in your main email folder. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 24 hours, please email admin@dubsintdales.co.uk and we will resend it to you, or investigate why you haven't received it, however don't panic, as missing ticket issues are usually easy to resolve. If you accidently loose or delete you e-ticket before the event, again, you can email admin@dubsintdales.co.uk and we will resolve this for you. Please either print your e-ticket and bring it with you, or save it to your phone. If members of your party are arriving in separate vehicles, please make sure each vehicle has a copy of the e-ticket.
  • Ticket changes
    – please read before booking. Please note, there are a few changes to this year's ticketing system, mostly due to the council and fire department now requiring more detailed information and insisting on inspections during the event.
    Vehicle Pass
Firstly we have added a vehicle pass – each vehicle entering the camping fields MUST now have a vehicle pass. This serves a dual purpose – we have a limited amount of space and due to fire regulations, we are now required to know how many vehicles we have on site and how many are in each field as well as how many people. As with other shows, the Vehicle pass relates to a camping unit, so it campervan with an awning is classed as a single camping unit, as is a motor home with awning, a car with a caravan or a car with a tent. A campervan or motor home towing a caravan would be classed as two camping units. The cost of the vehicle pass is £10. Whilst we don't want to stop you bringing whatever selection of vehicles you would like to the show, we have to be able to keep track of it, and if we were to make the vehicle pass free then we fear that people would not be encouraged to keep the vehicle count to a minimum, and if people overbook the vehicle passes then we won't have space for many people. Additional funds raised form the vehicle passes will be used to improve the road system around the site, which someone has raised as an issue with the fire department, forcing us to make some costly infrastructure changes around the site before the next show, particularly to the rear exit. We also intend to improve the toilet facilities available around the site. We are also an environmentally conscious show and although we realise that a car show can't be without emissions, we feel that encouraging people to consider the necessity of how many vehicles they are brining to the show can only be beneficial.
    Club Camping
We have introduced club camping tickets so that we can better keep track of how many people we will have in the club camping field. When you purchase your ticket, there should be a box where you can state the name of the club you are camping with, which will help us allocate spaces. If you are not intending to camp in club camping then you don't need to complete this field.
    Saturday Only Camping.
Due to fire regulations, we are no longer able to offer Saturday night only camping as it is felt that this encourages too much movement around the site. Although people are free to arrive on Saturday if they have bought a weekend ticket and are unable to arrive on Friday, we are not technically supposed to encourage Saturday only camping.
